Initially and over an 8 year period, Gilles gained considerable experience in the complex automobile industry as Industrial Financial Controller. Thereafter he moved into the retail distribution sector as Human Resources Director for European subsidiaries of the Yves Rocher Group.

On joining Hay Management Consultants as Senior Consultant in HR and Strategic Management, Gilles was able to capitalize on his previous experience through leading innovative projects for his clients in job classification, professional development strategies and remuneration studies. From the outset of the internet era, Gilles designed tools adapted to the individual needs of his clients.

In 1996 Gilles created Evolution Conseil, a specialized HR management consultancy, which through innovative systems approaches, provides effective and practical client solutions. Gilles has also developed creative management tools which promote the participation of all team members.
The association with RLL Partners provides Gilles with the opportunity of capitalizing on the above competencies in the service of strategic change projects for people and organizations.

Gilles holds Masters Degrees from SKEMA Graduate Business School and from ICG Paris, the Executive Management School.
He has been trained in Team Coaching (IFOD – Olivier Devillard).
